Basic Website $960                                                                                                 

Consisting of Home, About, Products, Services, FAQ, Testimonials
and Contact details up to 10 pages.  Includes 1 hour meeting to create a brief
template to determine how and what needs to be written. Two sets of
revisions of the draft copy are included.

Time Frame: 7 – 10 days to complete.

Medium Website $1500                                                                                       

Same as Basic Website but more detailed content, up to 20 pages plus
1 to 1 ½ hours meeting with client and two sets of revisions of draft copy included.

Time Frame: 10 – 15 days to complete.

Advanced Website $2000                                                                                        

Consisting of same as Basic but up to 30 pages of very detailed content.  With
1 ½ to 2 hours meeting with client to discuss content requirements plus 3 sets
of revisions included of original draft copy.

Time Frame: 15 – 20 days to complete.

Newsletters, Articles, Brochures, Email Marketing Campaigns $320

Based on standard A4 single sided sheet approximately 400 to 500
words in length.  Two sets of revisions included. 

Time Frame: 3 days to complete.

Based on standard A4 double sided sheet approximately 800 to
1200 words in length.  Two sets of revisions included.

Time Frame: 5 – 7 days to complete.

Review and Refresh Existing Website Content (Basic) $480

For Basic websites up to 10 pages includes a review (mini audit) of existing content and
refresh with new, additional content.  Plus 2 sets of revisions included.

Time Frame 3 – 5 days to complete.

Review and Refresh Existing Website Content (Medium - Advanced) $960

For Medium to Advanced websites up to 30 pages includes a review (mini audit) of      
current content and refresh with new, additional content.  Plus 2 sets of revisions included.

Time Frame 10 – 15 days to complete.

Please note that time frames to complete copywriting can sometimes vary depending on complexity and or other factors outside of the copywriter’s control.  I endeavour to complete most projects on or before time frames stated.

All copywriting work includes one day of thorough research on client industry to fully understand and appreciate the nature of clients business and to gather as much information to write content from a knowledgeable position.

As you can appreciate writing is a creative process, which involves research, and asking questions during the briefing meeting to fully understand what information needs to be included and how best to incorporate your message to reach your target audience effectively.

Copyediting and Proofreading $25 per hour

Includes detailed checking of grammar, tone, tense, layout, facts & figures, tables, indexes, images, sentence structure, consistency, punctuation and spelling.  Also includes suggestions for improving the overall quality of written work without changing the writer’s voice.
